Delete your Camzo account
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data directly from the Camzo app.
Delete from the app
- Open Camzo and sign in.
- Go to Profile and open Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Read the consequences, type DELETE and confirm.
An Apple or Google subscription is not cancelled automatically. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account first.
What is deleted?
- Your account, profile, linked login identifiers and access tokens.
- Your photos, stamps, tips, albums, collections, trips and shared items you own.
- Your locations, visits, landmark unlocks, proof photos, AI analysis requests and social connections.
- Cloudflare images and local preview caches; external cleanup is retried if a provider is temporarily unavailable after account deletion.
Limited remaining retention
Deleted data may remain in secured, inactive backups for up to 90 days. Apple, Google and other parties may apply their own transaction or statutory retention periods.
No access to the app?
Email us from your account address at privacy@camzo.app. We verify your identity and normally complete the request within one month.
