Delete your Camzo account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Camzo account (developed by Tommy den Reijer) and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion

Send an email to contact@camzo.app from the email address linked to your Camzo account.

Use the subject line “Delete my account”. You do not need to give a reason.

We confirm your request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days. You’ll receive an email once it’s done.
Data that is deleted
- • Your profile: name, email address, username, bio and avatar
- • Your photos and the location data attached to them
- • Albums you own and your membership of shared albums
- • Reports and blocks you created
- • Your subscription/account records (subject to the retention below)
Data that is kept
- • Transaction and billing records we are legally required to retain (e.g. for tax and accounting), for up to 7 years
- • Residual copies in encrypted backups, which are purged within 90 days
- • Photos you added to an album owned by another person may remain visible to that album’s members until they remove them
