Welcome to Camzo. By downloading, installing, or using the Camzo app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Camzo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Camzo for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the app or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the app.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of all photos, notes, and stamps you create in Camzo. By making content public, you grant Camzo a limited license to display that content on your public profile. You can revoke this at any time by making the content private again or deleting it.

5. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using Camzo, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep Camzo available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will try to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

Camzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service, if any.
